Borrow e-Books and e-Audiobooks

Welcome to Libby and Borrowbox, the e-Audiobook and e-Book services from Wakefield Libraries.

A different selection of titles is available on each site and can be accessed on tablets, smart phones and PCs. You can register for a free Libby or Borrowbox account with your Wakefield Library card number using the apps or on the Overdrive and Borrowbox websites.

If you're a Barnsley library member you can download and read or listen to books for free from their eBooks and eAudio website. 

There's a great range of books to choose from including fiction, non-fiction, children's books and audio books. You can borrow up to eight titles at a time, for up to three weeks.  

They also have digital magazines available for you to borrow – there are almost 3000 titles to choose from on their eBooks and eAudio website.
