GCSE & A Level Results Collection SUMMER 2024

If a student cannot collect their own GCSE or A Level results on the 15 or 22 August they can nominate a representative to collect on their behalf.

Please complete the form and indicate who will be collecting on your behalf, or indicate how you would like results sent to you.

**Please Note** If you choose for your results to be emailed they will be delivered to your Hemsworth Student email address. You will only be able to access this email account until 30/8/24. After that date Y11 & Y13 student emails will be terminated.

***Persons nominated to collect results must provide appropriate identification***
